Quick Question

I have a quick question about pulled pork. How many people will 16 lbs of cooked PP feed? We are also serving chicken and other side dishes. Thanks

16lbs raw weight or cooked?  What are your sides?  Sandwiches?
Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ....

I usually figure 1/2 pound raw per person as long as you have plenty of sides. Works out to about 1/3 a pound cooked and typically have a little leftover unless it's a bunch of very hungry men/teenagers.

If it is 16 pounds raw, you'll end up with about 8 pounds cooked.

Its already cooked, we are serving chicken also with potato salad, Mac and cheese, baked beans, slaw and numerous desserts. There will be about 60 ppl total, mostly adults. I have four more lbs in the freezer if I need it.
