Does anybody else have "squeaky hinges" on their Egg? What'd you do to fix it?

I've owned my Large Egg for a little over a month and the hinge is squeaking pretty loud. I've tried silicone spray but it didn't really seem to help. I was thinking about trying WD-40 but if the silicone spray didn't work I didn't think it would.

Has anybody else had this problem, what'd you do? With it being a month old I figured there shouldn't be anything major wrong with it. Just want to get rid of the noise.

My hinge doesn't squeak, but I have found my springs are the source of my sounds. I just lube where they slide and that solves my problem.

If you sprayed all eight pivot points on the hinge and that didn't help, then RRP is likely right that it could be your springs.  i would apply lubricant to where the spring is in contact with the hinge, and while you are at it, maybe the entire spring as well.  I don't think I ever oiled mine, but just now, I can see the dirt that has stuck to the oil that is there, so I have to conclude the store that assembled my egg lubricated the hinge before delivery.
