A nice amount of lump left!

This is the remains of an 11 hour  pork butt cook at 250/275 on my XL, GFS lump to the top of the fire box and 3 chunks of wood. I am going to roast a halfed acorn squash indirect sprinkled with pineapple head for 30 minutes then grill some stuffed turkey burgers with spinach and feta cheese Direct on the hot side
