First reverse steak, new CI

Could have left them on for more of a crust, but I didn't want them over cooked, next time I will pull around ~20 deg. I WILL be doing this again. Didn't get pics while on the egg. Oh, and thats my new CI skillet I picked up for the egg, fits perfect, 16", 18.25" across the handles.
