My moms birthday was today. She wanted burgers. Green chile's, pepper jack cheese, spicey mayo, lettuce tomatoes onions on ciabatta.

I'm not really that far fron Greenville. NiceSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

I have started to use Onion Rolls on burgers, got the idea here.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

@Thumper169 I hardly ever make it up that way. It's been long enough I had to think about. Last time I was there was 2011. Went to see a friend play and a bar up there. We stopped on the way and ate at jaxxs burgers downtown. It was good. I had the Dr. Kevorkian. Great looking Burgers @texaswig. Speaking of the grilled cheese buns- there is a place in Atlanta called the Vortex that does that on their "double bypass" burger. I did it once at home. Overcooked the burgers but they were still darn good. I was using the griddle on my large egg and I let the heat run away from me.
Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
