Some shawarma is spun and shaved. Chicken is usually or prepared the way I have shown. I like to dice it up real small for serving.
Inhave seen stcked chicken I ken spun and shaved but for a small home cook not practical. Most of the local shops I go to prepare chicken the same way that I do it. -
Made this recently, too many wobbly pops while cooking to take any pics, but I was really impressed with how it turned out. I used thighs instead of breast, and it was pretty darn close to the place I buy it from.
