repurposed brisket, more street style tacos

@RiverDoc has a thread going for PP tacos, he made me hungry so I did these in fifteen minutes flat.
Leftover brisket tacos, street style.

Heat smoked brisket fat in two pans, one for tortillas, one for meat.
Wet tortilla slightly with fat and heat until hot, but not crisp.
Arrange on plate with meat, white onion,cilantro, salsa verde, that's it!
Eat, and enjoy.
