made a thick glaze sauce from the drippings with cider vinegar, mustard sage and maple syrup, not bad for breakfast. the start of a wood carving hobbie =) this has been a long winter

    That not only is not bad for breakfast that isn't bad for any meal! Your carvings look good. I have a good friend that is a carver. He has made many for my kids. These are not good pics, but it will give you an idea of what he did. This is a dog with a rabbit in his mouth.
