Spatch Twins with a Bad Byron Kick

Used the new poultry shears to do 2 spatches on Sunday. Hungry nephew over for dinner and hoping for some lefties for weekday eating.
First time with Bad Byron's -- it's great and has a very nice bit of heat. I think I'd read that somewhere, but prolly shoulda used a touch less. Great crispy though.
Tenth of a point deduction for having not landed the fork.
