Got back from Costa Rica late on Friday.  Amazing trip!  Travel is my absolute favorite . . but I was soo happy to fire up the egg, and smell/watch the cherry smoke puff as my dog was "re-exploring" every square inch of our backyard. 

Back to the cold/snow made us crave comfort food, so did a batch of Cowlick Chili & made Cheese Coneys.  I started thinking about it on the flight home . . and it did not dissapoint.
