Hit it with spray butter, tiny bit of mustard, and Head Country then a little more spray butter. This is mainly going to be used for burritos with a sofrito sauce.

All done with step 1. Had a taste and a big shout out to @henapple for finding Head Country. This is not like any rub I've tried in the last 2 years. It's amazing and I will be buying by the truck load going forward. Stay tuned for the pork sofrito burrito.
