Well almost ....missing the bacon....
We are unabashed grill cheese lovers. Into the pot went 1 large shallot, 1 jajapeno, 1/3 red bell pepper and 2 cloves of garlic 2 tomato slices. Cheese: Oaxoa and Tillamonk Cheddar and french loaf

Did this on the stove, would work on the egg.

It is a keeper....Next time will add a bacon weave to the sandwich
