    Who the hell monitors this web site?  Yeah, I can add my pics using the new protocol, but then can't add text?  I love my BGE, but the forum sucks. 

    OK, the theme to this cook is, who cooks and photos, but then does not have the motivation to post.  I seem to have that a lot lately.  I cook a lot on the BGE, but don't post as much as I used to.

    Tonight is a bone in pork roast, marinated in Dichichos Garlic overnight, then dusted with brown sugar.  Nice and spicy.  Took too late but tasted good.
