MADAC
Posts: 8
Hi,
Been reading forum since I got my egg last year and decided to join the fun, lots of great info for first time eggers. Built this table for my large egg and started that baby up. Have not used my Weber grill since!
Going to expand table this year and make a concrete top. Look forward to sharing info, have had some great cooks!

Welcome. Let's see some cooks

Last cook was on Super Bowl Sunday. Smoked this suckling pig for the game, the pig was great and the game was even better! Going to shovel out the egg this weekend and getting cooking again.

Awesome table and neat cook! Never seen a whole pigglet cooked. How did you prep it?

Thanks,
Just used some olive oil on the skin, and applied homemade rub to the inside and outside. Smoked for approx. 6 hrs with some chunks of apple wood. -
Strong first post! Keep 'em up!

Nice on all fronts, a concrete top is something I have wanted to do also.
Get some air space between that egg and the paver.

Came out of the gate strong with this post. Welcome aboard. Looks like that pig just went to sleep on the egg! Lol. Let's see a pic of the inside of that little piggy.

Thanks for the feedback! Just dug out the egg last weekend from 3 feet of snow, finally starting to warm-up here in NH. Going to fire it up this weekend, still have not decided what to cook.
Here are some finished ribs from last year just to get the juices flowing! -
Agree with other members, great first post on the forum. Welcome! What is your table top made of?
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.
