Any guesses as to what might be on the menu?

You lost me in the snow. We had one inch here in eastern Atlanta when I woke up...now it's sunny and 55. 60's this weekend. Go figure. Love me some pierogis. The mother-in-law is Italian/polish and she makes some mean pierogis. Good luck.

We got 2" sleet then bout 5" snow on top of it. Now its nearly fifty degrees.

Well the menu I'm attempting this evening... Keilbasa and pierogi, some chargrilled octopus, and going to pan sear some ocean perch for fish tacos.

Here is the Kracken being blanched and then braised in its own juices for about 90min before the marinade and grilling.

Ignorant question:  do you eat only the tentacles or the body as well?  Only octopi I've ever eaten is in a sushi joint.

I plan on grilling the head and body as well... I've always eaten then when doing baby octopus
