A little pricey but they create a nice atmosphere. It just depends how much you want to impress your cousin.

So many options. Are you trying to stay close to the hotel? Downtown is largely a tourist trap.

Best but out of the way = Woodberry Kitchen

I always take out of towners to brewers art because it's so unique and the beers are tremendous. There is a free bus system that can get you there.

With a few more details (access to vehicle, type of restaurant, etc.) I can make better recommendations.
