I did the reverse sear and the blue cheese crust deal on these strips and it came out perfect, but.......a ribeye or filet just tastes sooo much better.

Nailed it... be even better with some fresh sliced tomatoes sprinkled with Crazy Jane's Salt and some sliced red onion

I used dukes mayo as a binder for the steaks

Ribeye is my current favorite. That's a mighty fine looking steak you got there though.
