Board stretches me again, one more Surf and Turf

I wanted to thank @GalanteNate_OneEa for is throwdown idea.  It got me to do crab for the first time on the egg.  It was so good I did another Surf&Turf cook today.

Made some simple burgers, cooked them in a CI skillet at 475 with bacon grease.  I then mixed some leftover crab from yesterday with butter and reheated.  Added the crab as a topper to the burger.

Burgers were awesome!  Usually I have one or two left for lunches, but not today.  There were not even any crumbs left.
