Chicken and Cookies

As mentioned I was cooking today to see if I could do spatchcock chicken and Margarita cookies for the up coming Eggfest.

Cookies needed the glaze but otherwise they were excellent.

The neighbors ate one chicken and most of the second before I got a picture. And they drank all my beer. Looks like this will work going forward.

    I forgot the green food coloring for the cookies and was wondering how "green" some make theirs?
