First Beef Rib Roast

pI cooked my first beef rib roast today.  It was very good and the neighbors enjoyed it too.  I started cooking it at 300 around 2:30 and it finished around 5:00 at 400.  Internal temp when I pulled was 135 and it finished to 145.  Next time I will pull a lot earlier, that's about it.  I have a couple small pieces left and the rib bones.  Steak and eggs in the morning.  We also had all gratin potatoes and a new cauliflower my wife made.  The neighbors had some chicken legs that needed cooked so I did them after dinner.  Good time and good food.
