Rather egg in the heat.

Options

Pork tenderloins. Dry Brined in modified coffee chipolte rub for several hours then on the small egg at 350 for 24 minutes.

Went fridge diving and found 1/2 onion, 1/2 red bell pepper, one yellow squash and 4 potatoes to accompany the tenderloins.

Roasted the veggies on the egg, boiled taters and mashed with butter and Crema Mexicana (no milk)

Cold and wet when we lit the egg.
