Step #1: find the equation...
(n+1)*9
where N is a number between 1 and 9

Step #2
Little math fun fact - anything times 9, the numbers always add to 9 (09, 18, 27,36,45,54,63,72,81,90)

Ok - and a little other math fun...any time two numbers are transposed then the difference is always divisible by nine. Example: 01 transposed to 10 and the difference is 9. 39 and 93 is 54. 27 and 72 is 45. Etc
