Here is my recent cold weather cook.  Saw these three AAA Angus Sirloin Steaks at my local Metro and they were just marked down to about $8.00 a piece.  Wasn't planning on grilling in the cold but couldn't resist.  I dusted the steaks with rub and put them on direct at 500'F for a quick cook to medium rare.  Weather was 15'F, 5'F wind chill and I wasn't interested in a long reverse sear so did them old school.  Turned out really good.  Served with a Quinoa salad (black beans, corn, peppers, cilantro and Goya Adobo seasoning).
