Been frustrated by the weather lately, pretty much taken me out of the Egg game. No good excuse for not using it. Local market had rib eyes on sale and it got to 30 today so it was time to break out of the funk. Reverse seared the steaks and had them along with sautéed onions and oven roasted potatoes. The taste was good but they weren't as tender as I hoped. I've not had much luck buying steaks on sale, I need to stop doing that. Wish I was a better photographer but when the food hits the plate my mind is focused on the eating part, not the picture part.
