Pork Butt!

Just a simple pork butt, injected with apple cider, sugar and Worcestershire. Since I didn't wake up early decided to cook it around 300 - 325 and play it by ear on wrapping or not. Egg at 300 and put it with hickory for smoke at 8am.



Camera didn't save a finished pic but here it is plated with Mac n cheese and steamed veggies at 510pm with no wrapping and never above 325. May cook them like this all time as I couldn't tell the difference from low and slow. This new picture insert is a pain in the arse.
