My son tested today for his yellow belt in Taekwondo. He did very well and even got a red star for his uniform because is doing so well in school. If he gets 8 more red stars he gets a special red uniform. He also had to break a board. I would up load a video, but the new changes won't take the format. He was pretty excited and he seems to want to continue.

Taekwondo is a great discipline. A lot of life and social skills taught along with the obvious self defense. Congrats to him.
