Pork Tenderloin wrapped in Bacon

I couldnt figure out what to have for a lunch/dinner combo today. Went to the store and came home with 2 Tenderloins. Figured we could slice one up for sammy's for lunch, then have the other for dinner later.
Dusted them up with Tatonka Dust, Mrs. Dash Garlic/Herb, Salt, Pepper, then wrapped them in Bacon, then added more Tatonka to the outside. Cooked at 225* till it was 150. I slowly migrating from usual 165*.
I must say this was very moist, juicy and tender. It almost melted in your mouth!!

Doubling down on the Tatonka Dust? I've never tried that, but your pork loin looks great.
Any road will take you there if you don't know where you're going.

The cook looks nice.
+1 on lower temp pull. We pull the one that we are going to eat between 135 to 140. The second one always gets pulled at 135....That way it will be very moist and tender after reheating the next day.Large, small and mini now Egging in Rowlett Tx
