I read a lot before attempting and tried to follow the majority. Cooked 1/3 pound burgers for 5 minutes at 400 per side. The taste was incredible and while they were not dry, I will probably cook for 4 minutes per side next time. First time I have had burger on grill that was not gas in several years. Had no idea what I was missing. Lovin the Egg!

Set the large up for 250 with apple wood chunks. Target range of 140 on the burgers. Pulled them and seared them around 500 with some blue cheese crumbles. Bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo and mustard. Came out pretty good!St. Johns County, Florida

How much extra time for the reverse sear? (It looks great, by the way!)New Albany, Ohio

Nice looking burgers, MaC122. With reverse sear, does that just mean that you pull the burgers, increase temp and throw them back on to sear?
