Thanks all.
@anton and @Tinyfish, caveman is a must try. Not for everyone, but it's definitely a must try.
@johnmitchell, just gotta lot of stuff going on and time has been limited. Sometimes life gets in the way of the things we enjoy. I've got some catching up to do on the forum.
@THEBuckeye, start with about 2 minutes per side. The key is to make sure the steak is lying in the coals with minimal air between the coals and the steak to prevent flare ups. Also, if you like your steak finished more than medium rare, you might need to do a reverse sear or remove from coals to finish. I usually don't get the lump as hot as I did with this one. A little to much crust for me, but is was a winner.
@hapster, I've upgraded to a iPhone 6. Seems to take better pictures than the iPhone 5. Haven't used it much so I don't know if it's really better or if I been getting lucky.
@Eggerty, we got a little snow, but we need it. We've only had a few snow storms this year. Several 45-60° days. One day hit 70°. Pretty bizarre for February. the good thing about Spring is it snows then melts as opposed to just sticking around.Steven
