Jalapeno Pin Wheels
I bought some Jalapeño pin wheels. SO I have never cooked these before. I googled Pin Wheels as I have never heard of them. It sounds like there are many different variances to what a pin wheel is or perhaps it simply means meat wrapped up with other ingredients.
What I have are bacon jalapeño pin wheels.
Cook them like a steak on a very hot egg? What should I serve with them?

Looks like a "roulade" to me. Maybe pounded flank steak topped with jalapeno mixture as filling. Rolled up, then sliced.
This is how the French make "pinwheels" in the patisseries - using puff pastry of course.
Viva la bouef.

Don't cook those. Flash freeze them, pack them with dry ice, and then ship them to me overnight. Please...?
In all seriousness, that looks like some kind of steak slicked/pounded and then rolled up with bacon/jalapeno/other stuff. As suggested already I would cook hot and fast turning frequently until finished to your desired finish.
However, I really suggest the first option I proposed...

That looks awesome, where did you buy them?

At a place called Bolner's here in San Antonio. Best butcher I've found around here.

They were chopped up with seeds left with them. They weren't rolled with jalapeños. Bacon was rolled in them. I think I may put cream cheese with the next batch.
