Brined chicken 24 hours with garlic pepper and chillie. 300 dome for an hour half. Glazed with honey/soy at end.

Have to thank Perry Lang from serious bbq. Was worried chicken in medium was too high in dome. Chicken on grill with drip pan under and PS legs up underneath. Top of chicken was 3/4 " from dome. Too close i think. Used RO with apple chips.
