Chicken Thighs, Asparagus and a @Chubbs salad

A quick pre run down of supper tonight.

Got 3 chicken thighs rubbed with Tsunami Spin on at 250ish to soak up some good cherry smoke then will bump to 500ish to set the skin while basting with an Agave,Course Ground Mustard and Soy Glaze. This will be sided with Asparagus wrapped with Turkey Bacon. The thighs will be plated will a Citrus Salad ala @chubbs. Stay tuned for final pics.

    And plated. I guess the citrus salad was supposed to go on top of the chicken but is tasted so good I added an extra scoop

    I was searching "cedar planked salmon" and ran across this salad recipe by @chubbs , this salad will go with anything. Hell I'd put it on burgers. This stuff is good. Thanks @chubbs for posting earlier in your life.

    I didn't have the mint so I subbed Cilantro and left out the parsley. This stuff was killer!!!
