Ordered my Adjustable Rig from the Ceramic Grill Store Tuesday. it shipped the same day and arrived Friday night.
Decided to put it to use this morning.
Raised direct with a Lodge griddle I had.
Nothing fancy, but fun cooking breakfast on the Egg with snow flurries coming down.

Thanks for all the kind comments!
@Greg345 I used paper towels to soak up excess grease to avoid spill-over.
@Grillnuggett Thanks! Skillet is a vintage Erie bought pre-seasoned off eBay. The griddle is nothing special, but bacon grease does a great job seasoning CI.Louisville, KY
