Hi
I have been following this forum for a while. Learning a lot from you all, and trying out once in a while. Having a mini and a evil chinese Bigger brother am i trying to feed my family everyday. Today i made some food that i thought was worth showing. Planked duck and sv duck breast with skin crumbles. On the side were dates in bacon and cooked/grilled taters. I seared the skin from the duck in the c.i. griddle before it was pulverized and put on as seasoning. Used the fat to sear the duck breast. Came out quite good. The planked duck was the wifes favorite.
Btw, i live in Denmark so my timezone might be a little offset
Enjoy
Carsten

Organic farm raised, worth every penny. I have recently discovered how much organic poultry really makes in difference for taste and texture O:-)
