Interesting Leftover Idea: Pulled Pork Lettuce Wraps

I got home late from work, I needed food, we were out of buns but I still wanted pulled pork that came of the egg this weekend...

Soooo... Pulled pork Lettuce wraps with diced red pepper and cucumber with a Chili Asian BBQ sauce...

It was about 10 times better than I thought it was going to be... Would make again and would highly reccomend if you were looking for a 'lighter' transportation medium for your swine.
