So tonight is grilled chicken
Brining chicken in salt/sugar water mix
Will use a light rub before tossing on grill.
Right before comes off will lightly coat in a delicious bourbon honey and then melt some spicy pimento cheese on top.
Will top with avocado and bacon. Bun in bacon grease because it taste good.
Simple but sweet and salty and spicy.
Sides will be Canadian whisky and a mixed green salad and homemade vinegar and oil dressing.
Will take pictures of final product.
I got a couple good tips on my burgers last week. Any tips for tonight's chicken sandwich? I do this less frequently than I do burgers

You sound like you have it pretty down to a science already. Looking forward to the results.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

Dayum find looking sammies! So you fry up bacon, then use the same pan to griddle cook the buns?Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

I'm a fan of that fanboy sandwich.

Spectacular!Large Egg with adjustable rig, Kick Ash Basket, Minimax and various Weber's.

yup, exactly. I don't like buns on grill. too dry and crispy. this gives them more chewy, full with a slight crisp, and flavor, from bacon greaseSmokeyPitt said:Dayum find looking sammies! So you fry up bacon, then use the same pan to griddle cook the buns?

Cool- thanks! I don't do them on the grill too often either. There is a 5 second window between toasted and burned when you throw a bun on the grill.FanOfFanboys said:
