Memphis Style Ribs
Hey Everyone,
Just thought I'd say what's up. It's been a while since I Q'ed anything of note and I am in the process right now of making a new video for some Memphis style ribs. I put them on at 0900 hours and will smoke them at 225. I am using homemade rub that I got from another website, the rub is absolutely fantastic! I am also going to mop once an hour with a mop I found off of a youtube channel. Here are a few pictures for now. I'll keep you's all posted! Not sure if it is appropriate to link to the webpage I found the rub on or the youtube channel I got the mop from since they're not mine. If somebody can advise please let me know! BTW, they're spare ribs I trimmed St. Louis style.

The basic rub is a Memphis Dust I got from www.amazingribs.com
3/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup paprika
1/4 cup garlic powder
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
2 tablespoons ground ginger powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 teaspoons rosemary powder
They came out really good!
