Cupcake Chicken
I gave the cupcake chicken thighs a dance. I deboned and de fatted the thighs and liberally rubbed the chicken prior to stuffing in the pan. Cooked 2 hours indirect at around 300. Flipped the thighs over and cooked about 1 1/2 hours before putting in a foil pan to glaze and finish. About 30 minutes. The came out great.

Man those need to be in a turn in box .Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

The glaze is Blues Hog BBQbrushed on the last 30 minutes. There is no stuffing but the rub does kind of get in the meat well due to stuffing the chicken in the pan.
