Looking for some Salmon cures for the next go at cold - smoking salmon. I know the process just need a cute and the time to cure. My first attempt is way too salty. Probably an error in my part. Thanks in advance!
Smoked salmon is something I've wanted too try forever so now I want to get it right.

Hmmm . . . I just saw an episode of Bobby Flay barbecue addiction where he cured salmon and smoked on the BGE . . here is link: http://www.ulive.com/video/bobbys-hot-smoked-salmonNOTE: bobby flays approach is a NO PINK SALT cure . . . if you are looking for a PINK SALT cure, I would look at a Michael Ruhlman recipe.Columbus, OH
