Everything is bigger in Texas.....My 10ft Table

I have been thinking about a building a table for my eggs for a while. There are so many great ideas on here that I had to try and incorporate the features that I wanted from lots of different tables.

Redwood framing with t&g cedar siding for the sides. Finished the top with 2 part marine epoxy ( thanks for the tip @nolaegghead) and Silken teak for the rest of it.. 4 coats of Helmsman Spar on it.

Thanks for all the kind words, it's almost embarrassing it took me a year and a half to build one. I have wood shop and a friend in the granite business. .

I just never could decide what I wanted, there are so many styles and designs, I probably have 15 bookmarked

Okay, the grill cabinet is out of sight, off to the right, in the first picture.  And, on the right side of the last picture.  Is that a dedicated cabinet for grills?

Took me awhile trying to figure out how you were hanging the grills ... then I realized the bricks weren't correct ... then I realized your pictures were turned counter clockwise 90 degrees.

That's a neat idea ... seriously.  I keep mine in a vertical box with the opening at the top.  I swear they spend all night getting themselves tangled.

I know my thermocouple wires immediately begin winding themselves around each other as soon as I close the drawer I store them in.

That's funny. The pictures are the right way for me. Tap ins in the brick or hanging off eye hooks in the wood

Thermocouple wires are easy to keep neat ... put each one of them in a separate body bag.  No body bags, then use a Ziploc bag as a substitute.

Awesome table!  Where do you get your Rockwood lump?  I work in Arlington but live in Haslet.  About 20 miles from Ceramic Grill Store but if I can find some within my daily commute would be nice.
