Brined tenderloins then seared on BGE cast iron for about 5 mins total with couple handfuls of cherry chips. Then put pork in vac bag w/ butter & dizzy dust and into SV bath at 143 for 2 hrs. Like butta.

Removed inner-bread from crusty buns so just a shell left, toasted and placed large spoonful of jalasberg cheese dip, iceberg, yellow mustard, pickle relish, tobasco. Served with SV carrots.
