Yeah it does. Been smoking for 10 years and never used a ton of it other than pellets into AMS and a few chunks here and there. Smells great on the ribs right now

I have access to peach tree trimmings (the very small branches that are pruned off). If anybody in Maryland would like some let me know. If you come to the eastern shore I could probably get a few bundles for you. Or I might be able to meet some of you in the Annapolis area if you want any. If your interested send me a pm.

Looks great... I like peach for pork or chicken. For ribs I'll mix it with hickory... Smells great while it's working it's magic

@hapster, I went three chunks of peach and one I had out of hickory. Early results are these are good. SWMBO picked at them when I walked in the door and loved them. Not sure if it is because she is pregnant or these are better than usual.

Plated with cucumber salad and coleslaw. Washed down with several +3 more Stone IPA

Rub was Dizzy Dust and made my own sauce. Standard sweet red sauce
