Apple - bourbon glazed pork chops...topless

After reading all the topless gurus I had to try a topless cook. I must admit after my initial OCD of checking the temp every minute or so went away I really enjoyed the simplicity of going topless. Food was great too.

I bought the thickest chops the store had and went with a glaze I found at food networks site. The bacon wrapped asparagus came from this site. Sorry I cant remember who or I would give credit. This meal was an inside the park homer. Not quite a grand slam cause the glaze never thickened like it was supposed to but it was delicious. Finally I mad a from - scratch primal/paleo ranch dressing from Greek yogurt and fresh herbs.
