Ribeyes with Kale/Spinach Sauté and Fresh Berries

I based this off of a Mario Batali recipe and really like it. Rib eyes rubbed with salt and EVOO infused with pepper, parsley, thyme and rosemary then cooked reverse sear. The greens were sautéed wth EVOO and garlic, then tossed with lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper. A nice little Cab and that's a meal. Simple and good.
