Quick weeknight Mini BGE cook. We get this sausage from Cone's Meat Market in Ridge Spring, SC. They have really good local meat and make killer sausage and cheese.
Mine was topped with Ketchup, Mustard, Pepperjack Cheese, Jalapeños and Hot Sauce.
