Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.

@caliking, Yeah. It was insane. The branch basically missed everything except his colon. He was Prone, on his knees, with a leafy branch sticking out of his butt. Besides being in pain, he was talking to us like nothing was wrong. Very surreal. The CT was crazy to look at seeing how it just pushed stuff out of the way. His only other outward sign was some JVD from the branch compressing his jugular.caliking said:Just when I thought i would finally be able to get some mangrates and support a fellow egghead. OK, I've been appreciating the science of fermentation. I haven't egged anything today, I was too busy trying to decide which car to buy:

Had a great day with my big guy at the Philly Auto Show. I did have my wife drop a vac sealed rack of pork I had smoked back in December and then froze in the sous vide. I think re-heating leftovers is one of my favorite uses for sous vide. The pork sat in the sous vide for 6 hours at 145* and was almost as good as when it was cooked the first time.They/Them
