Bacon grease and rub injection. Dry rub outside.
Rockwood and Apple chips. Beer pan.
~250* six hours.
FTC 2 hours.
You have to really get in there and surgically take the various Muscles apart and slice, but end result was really good. FANTASTIC smoke ring. We had a lot left over.
