Before the storm hit yesterday I cold smoked a batch of cheese. Using the amazen smoke generater. Let it smolder for about 20 minutes and then into the egg it went. Let it go with pitmaster blend pellets for 1.5 hours.

Then vacuum sealed it and into the fridge for a rest. Next up took some hardboiled eggs and peeled them. Put them onto the grid with the cold smoke for a couple hours until they took on a nice color.

Unsmoked egg for color comparison

Put some smoked paprika and regular paprika on the deviled eggs. The smokes paprika was a tad overpowering. Different taste for sure and 1was enough.

Had some friends over for pizza and not a lot of action shots as it was snowing and blowing. We did taco, except the lettuce was nasty, 1/2 supreme and 1/2 sausage green peppers, mini with pepperoni/sausage and finally mini with sausage/black olives.

Any finally for dessert we had http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/emeril-lagasse/kicked-up-kicked-up-kicked-up-ice-cream-cake-recipe.html

Planned on some wings today but its just nor worth it for wings.

@johnmitchell Thanks dessert is definitely worth the effort as for me takes 3 evenings to make and not the 2+ hrs his recipe calls for.
