Oh yes ... graph porn ... love it almost as much as food porn. What the heck is this? Looks like you put the butt on about 3:30am, but didn't post until 4:48am. What's with the delay?
Too late to futz with on this cook, but here is a simple addition to tighten up the back edge of the lower vent when you want to really choke it down. It's a short piece of bamboo skewer inserted into the top and bottom tracks on the lower vent. If you look closely at the spacing along the lower track, you'll see the slight bend of the vent door. The tracks on my egg are so tight already that the solid door drags the screen door with it when it's moved. Without a DigiQ adapter in place, you'd probably have to whittle the ends of the skewer slightly flat to squeeze both the solid and screened door tight.

Wrapped and back on the egg. Looking good, and course I had to grab a few morsels Hit a 4 hour stall at 160°. Finally got to 185°. I have to leave for work at 1700 so that's why the wrap. A few spots probed like buttah and the rest should loosen up in the next hour. Hopefully.
Thanks goes out to @UrbanForestTurnings for all the comedy last night. If you haven't read the redneck thread, it's a must read. Here's the link. http://eggheadforum.com/discussion/1176678/red-neck-throwdown#latest

From the few morsels I've tasted, substituting the chipotle power in place of the ancho in the coffee rub tastes great.Steven
