Decided to try Bimini bread on the BGE today. Made fresh butter for the honey-butter spread too. The wife was pretty happy, it's been a favorite for her since we had it at a restaurant several years ago. I thought it turned out well except I uglied up my loaf right at the end by turning it with wooden spoons trying to get better browning on top. Didn't hurt the taste though!!
